All content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media) is to be provided by the Client before the commencement of any project. HRIT Consultancy will not be responsible for delays resulting from the Client’s failure to supply necessary materials.
The Client is solely responsible for backing up their existing website or data prior to any work being performed by HRIT Consultancy. We are not liable for any loss or damage to existing data under any circumstances.
HRIT Consultancy is not responsible for services such as data entry, web hosting, or the creation of custom graphics unless explicitly included in the project scope and agreed upon by both parties.

While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, project timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors such as third-party dependencies, technical issues, or emergencies. Any such delays will be communicated promptly.
The Client will be given the opportunity to review the website design and content during development and upon completion. If no feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, the work will be deemed approved.
The Client retains ownership of all content and materials they provide and grants HRIT Consultancy the right to use such content for the purpose of the project.
The Client is responsible for securing appropriate licenses for any third-party content used and agrees to indemnify HRIT Consultancy against any claims resulting from copyright infringement.
HRIT Consultancy is not liable for changes made to the website by the Client or any third party after deployment. This includes modifications, deletions, or additions. A separate fee may apply for any fixes or corrections required due to such alterations.
If the Client cancels the project before completion, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the work completed up to that point.
Failure to pay the cancellation fee or any outstanding invoices may result in legal action.
We offer 1 month of free support post-launch, which includes bug fixes and email support. Extended support is available through paid packages.
Support excludes changes to website architecture, new features, or rule changes.
HRIT Consultancy does not offer guarantees for third-party services or tools and is not liable for their performance or any changes in their terms of service.
Any requests beyond the originally agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Post-approval modifications, enhancements, or rework will incur additional charges, and timelines may be revised accordingly.
All payments must be made on time and in full. Discounts or settlements are not applicable unless agreed upon in writing.
HRIT Consultancy will use reasonable skill and care in providing its services but makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the final product.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
HRIT Consultancy, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any losses resulting from delays, errors, or omissions.

HRIT Consultancy reserves the right to showcase completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Client in advance.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with one that closely reflects the original intent of both parties.
